Who knew that in this pandemic a book tour would resemble a dog walk? Libraries are re-opening - big ones, little ones - so every day I take a different route through Dundas, Ont,and deposit copies of my book in beautiful wooden structures like the one in this photo! Eleanor Wachtel, the socially-distanced curb conversations about "In the Shade" have been delightful!
P.S. Nope, the haiku project has not been forgotten. #1 is coming soon and, just like the convoluted order of our Bruce Trail hikes, the poems will meander through the chapters of the book. In 2020, everything has been tossed in the air and is landing in new places.
